All 6 lessons for £10 (saving £8)

A complete introductory module for Year 7 PSHE, designed to help students settle into secondary school and build confidence, connection and healthy relationships.

Lessons included:

  1. Introduction to PSHE
  2. Are You Ready for Secondary School?
  3. Building and Maintaining Friendships
  4. Consent and Communication
  5. Are You a Good Friend Online?
  6. How Can Friendships Affect Mental Health?

Includes a reusable self‑assessment sheet
Students complete a 10‑question quiz and three self‑reflection questions at the start and end of the module. This gives a clear measure of progress, helps teachers evidence learning, and supports honest reflection. The design is intentionally simple and low‑cognitive‑load so pupils can focus on understanding rather than presentation.

Fully aligned with the 2025 PSHE updates
The lessons follow the expectations of the 2025 curriculum changes, including clearer guidance on consent, healthy relationships, online behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Content is age‑appropriate, accessible and designed to help schools meet the new requirements with confidence.
