Subject: PSHE
Curriculum: Following 2025 National Curriculum
Year: Year 7

A calm, clear PSHE lesson on building and maintaining friendships.

This is Lesson 3 in the Sense of Belonging module and includes a full 1‑hour PowerPoint and an accompanying worksheet. The lesson helps students explore what healthy friendships look like, how to strengthen positive relationships, and how to recognise behaviours that support trust and respect.

The slides use a low‑cognitive‑load design so pupils can focus on the key ideas without feeling overwhelmed. Activities encourage discussion, reflection, and simple practical strategies for building strong friendships during their first term at secondary school.

This lesson is part of the full Year 7 PSHE scheme available on TES, with the option to buy lessons individually or as a money‑saving bundle.
