Complete 13-credit teaching programme supporting the WJEC Entry 2 Certificate in Preparing for Work (6003/C2).

This bundle brings together six fully resourced WJEC Entry Pathways units, providing a complete Entry 2 pathway towards the Preparing for Work Certificate.

Designed for SEND, SEMH, Alternative Provision, PRUs and FE, the resources use accessible language, clear layouts and practical activities while supporting learners to produce suitable portfolio and assessment evidence.

Units included

6164/E2 – Food & Health – 4 credits
Learners explore healthy eating, balanced diets, food choices and the relationship between food and health.

6202/E2 – Introduction to Animal Care – 3 credits
Learners investigate animal needs, responsible care, feeding, housing, health and practical animal-care skills.

6110/E2 – Working as Part of a Group – 2 credits
Learners develop teamwork skills, identify qualities of effective group members, take part in a group activity and reflect on their own contribution.

6124/E2 – Myself Within the Community – 2 credits
Learners explore their local community, services, facilities and ways people participate within their community.

6123/E2 – Choices and Decisions – 1 credit
Learners consider different options and develop skills for making and reviewing everyday decisions.

6125/E2 – Planning a Journey – 1 credit
Learners develop practical skills for planning journeys, including routes, transport, costs and safety.

Total: 13 Entry 2 credits

These six units provide the 13 credits required for an Entry Pathways Certificate, with all 13 credits achieved at Entry 2.
