Healthy coping strategies PSHE lesson resource focusing on strategies for maintaining positive mental health. This lesson looks at emotions we might experience on a day to day basis, how we currently manage difficult emotions and then some specific ideas for managing anger and feeling overwhelmed, giving pupils the chance to try out some techniques. Pictures include examples of the slides included in the lessons.
