Mental health and the charity The Samaritans PSHE lesson resource, ideal for a different activity on a Mental Health Day or Mental Health Awareness Week or a general mental health lesson around active listening and suicide. The lesson looks at what the charity does and why before focussing on the skill of being an active listener using a fun task created by the charity. This is an easy to follow power point lesson (no prior planning, printing or preparation required). The resource is designed to be delivered as one 50 - 60 minute lesson but all of our resources are fully editable.

No previous knowledge in the subject area is needed, the lesson is easily deliverable by someone who is not a subject specialist or an experienced PSHE teacher. Meets current UK PSHE Guidance
