    Practice questions, homeworks and assessments

    • Story with words made by turning calculations upside down. Gives practice using powers, mixed numbers etc. without being too boring. You have to imagine you're using an old calculator, but I&'ve included a key to facilitate this. Answers included on second page of document. Last question includes the factorial button which I realise isn&';t KS3 but 'try some numbers and try to work out what the ! key does' keeps the early-finishers busy for a couple of minutes!
