A detailed ready-to-teach lesson which specifically focuses on the organisational skills required for secondary school such as using a planner, making a homework plan etc. 4. A detailed ready-to teach lesson which focuses on the changes in friendships and prepares students for how to manage this in year 7. 5. A transition guide that can be used by parents and/or teachers to support students emotionally as they prepare for the transition to secondary school.
