Throughout this two week unit children will embark on various activities as they revise, learn and further explore the features of Instruction and Explanation Texts. They will enjoy giving commands to a partner (to draw various given pictures) as they learn to identify and use imperative verbs. Once they have learned to identify various features of both types of texts, they will be given the opportunity to plan and write their very own.
