This resource includes planning, flipchart slides and worksheets for a 5 lesson story writing sequence that focus on a ‘Many Doors’ visual prompt.

Each lesson, children will write one paragraph of their story, allowing them to focus on describing their surroundings, their thoughts and feelings as the story unfolds.

They will cover aspects of Year 3 grammar, such as use of inverted commas, in this sequence. All lessons have differentiated tasks for EXC/MAS children.
