Need a structured Year 10 homework booklet that builds GCSE Foundation confidence without hours of planning? This Half Term 5 Support edition provides 11 ready-to-set homeworks plus a cumulative Mastery Checkpoint, with full answers and mark schemes.

The 38-page booklet develops transformations, Pythagoras’ theorem, trigonometry and exact values, constructions, loci, scale drawings, bearings, plans, elevations, congruence and similarity. Each homework is designed for approximately 25–30 minutes. Pupils should record answers and working in an exercise book or on separate paper, as the booklet does not provide working space.

The Support edition reduces cognitive load through concise toolkits, worked examples, LOOK HERE prompts, PLAN steps, WAY IN guidance, sentence starters and vocabulary support. Questions still retain worthwhile GCSE-style application and reasoning.

Each homework follows a clear six-part routine:
• IGNITE – planned retrieval and spaced practice
• BUILD – current methods through deliberate variation
• DETECT – commonly examiner-identified misconceptions
• PERFORM – GCSE-style application
• STRETCH – reasoning and depth
• REFLECT – brief metacognitive review

Interleaved retrieval revisits earlier content at planned intervals, while examiner-report-informed warnings target recurring errors without implying exam-board endorsement. Complete answers include methods, mark allocations, AO labels and examiner-style warnings, making self-marking and low-preparation departmental use straightforward.

What’s included:
• Year 10 GCSE Foundation Support Booklet 5 – Half Term 5
• 11 homework sets plus one cumulative Mastery Checkpoint
• Retrieval, misconceptions, application and reasoning
• Scaffolded Support toolkits and prompts
• Complete answers and mark schemes
