Need a complete Year 10 homework booklet without spending hours assembling, differentiating and marking separate worksheets? This GCSE Foundation Challenge booklet provides a ready-to-set Half Term 5 programme: 12 structured assignments, including a cumulative Mastery Checkpoint, with full answers, mark schemes, methods and examiner-style warnings.

The booklet develops transformations, Pythagoras’ theorem, SOHCAHTOA and exact trigonometric values, constructions, loci, scale drawings, bearings, plans, elevations, congruence and similarity. Each homework is designed for approximately 30–35 minutes. This is a question booklet without writing space, so pupils answer in an exercise book, on paper or digitally.

Every homework follows a consistent six-part routine:
IGNITE — interleaved retrieval with visible spacing tags;
BUILD — current methods developed through deliberate variation;
DETECT — commonly examiner-identified misconceptions;
PERFORM — authentic GCSE-style application;
STRETCH — reasoning, critique and deeper Foundation thinking;
REFLECT — brief metacognitive review.

The Challenge edition adds reverse tasks, chained retrieval, synoptic application and optional GO FURTHER extensions with model guidance. Content is informed by recurring issues highlighted in GCSE examiner reports and assessment guidance while remaining within Foundation-tier curriculum boundaries.

Ideal for low-preparation departmental homework, independent practice, cover or spaced revision.

What’s included:
• 41-page Year 10 GCSE Foundation Challenge booklet
• 11 homeworks plus a cumulative Mastery Checkpoint
• Retrieval, spacing and interleaving across prior learning
• GCSE-style questions and targeted misconceptions
• Optional GO FURTHER depth tasks
• Complete answers, methods, mark schemes and extension guidance
