This is a complete, ready-to-deliver Year 10 Form Tutor Time Programme covering the full academic year across six colour-coded half terms. Every session is designed for form tutors — no specialist knowledge, no printing, no preparation beyond opening the file.
Year 10 is when GCSEs begin in earnest, and the pastoral curriculum needs to hold both the academic pressure and the identity and relationship complexity that comes with being 14 and 15. This programme does both.
Each of the 40 sessions has a title slide followed by four activity slides, one per task. Screen it, read the tutor instruction, deliver it. Every slide tells you exactly what to do.
The six half-term arcs are: Starting Strong (GCSE habits, revision systems, growth mindset, asking for help); Identity, Relationships and Independence (who you are at 15, friendships under pressure, what you deserve, taking ownership); Mental Health Under Real Pressure (GCSE anxiety, burnout prevention, sleep science, perfectionism and failure); Futures Getting Real (post-16 decisions, A levels vs BTECs vs T Levels, apprenticeships, money literacy, the world of work); Power, Citizenship and Ethics (employment rights, consumer rights, political engagement, the environment, social justice); and Ready for Year 11 (what Year 11 demands, identity reflection, you are more than your grades, celebration).
207 slides. Fully editable in Microsoft PowerPoint.
