This is a resource designed for Year 2 students to help them understand and apply the different units of measurements.

The resource contains PDF versions of the following:

• A help sheet explaining the different units of measurement, their abbreviations and what each unit is used to measure.
• An extended question sheet with a more questions on measurement units and their abbreviations, as well as some practice with reading values off rulers and measuring cylinders, and finally some word problems to help develop reasoning skills.
• An answer sheet for teacher use or student consolidation.
