An Excel Spreadsheet with formatting to allow you to track levels of attendance and absence within the school.

The cells will format to green, yellow, orange or red based on attendance percentage for each student each half term using data which can be copied from attendance systems such as SIMs.

The spreadsheet will also allow you to see a whole school overview of the data as well as providing graphs for the whole school and individual classes.

You cannot input attendance for each student. You need to import SIMs data into it for it to work. Well guess what : if I had a SIMs system, I would not need this document in the first place. A total waste of money.
