Unit of work - 20 Lessons examining a range of Crime Literature, looking at a variety of themes, tropes and conventions. Texts include: The Speckled Band, The Case of the Registered Letter, Lamb To The Slaughter, The Cask Of Amontillado, The Count of Monte Cristo, Silence Of The Lambs, The Secret History and Murders At The Rue Morgue. 2 Assessment activities, 1 reading and 1 writing.
