9-10 lessons (253 slides total) on The Return Of The King and The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien, on AQA Language Paper 1 Section A, Questions 1-4, plus two creative writing lesson on AQA Language Paper 1 Section B Question 5, where pupils describe a dragon, and a volcano erupting.

The Return Of The King extract focuses on the the destruction of the ring at Mount Doom. The Hobbit extract focuses on the moment Bilbo creeps down the tunnel and encounters Smaug and the treasure.
