Introduce children to the well-loved Bible story of Noah with this set of sequencing and reading activities.
Ideal for EYFS and KS1, this resource supports learning in Religious Education (Christianity) and Bible Stories, while also linking to topics such as weather, rain, rainbows, floods, reading, writing, and story sequencing.
Each of the three activities is provided in full colour and replicated in black and white, giving children the opportunity to colour the illustrations while developing their reading and handwriting skills.

Activity 1, includes six colour story cards for sharing, discussing and placing into the correct sequence. The matching black and white version allows children to colour the pictures, trace over the words, cut around the dashed borders and arrange the story in the correct order.

Activity 2, provides sentence cards for children to read, cut out and sequence, helping them match key events from the story while developing reading comprehension and an understanding of chronological order.

Activity 3, features The Story of Noah written in a little more detail for young readers. The black and white version can be coloured before children cut out and sequence the four story sections, reinforcing their understanding of the beginning, middle and end of the story.
Perfect for whole-class teaching, small-group work, independent activities, RE lessons,Sunday School, this resource encourages discussion, speaking and listening, reading, sequencing, colouring, handwriting practice and story retelling while helping children become familiar with one of the best-known stories from the Bible.
