Spanish 1 review packet (Semester 2)

*GREAT for review, test / exam prep, supplemental practice, refresher, or sub plans.

*Use during second semester after students have learned ser, estar, and present tense of -ar, -er, -ir infinitives.

*Packet can also be used in Spanish 2 at the beginning of the school year as a review or pretest.

Part 1: Write the present tense conjugation of each infinitive.

*Students will complete a verb table with all 6 conjugations of Ser, Estar, and 3 -ar, 3- er, and 3 -ir infinitives.

*A table with all conjugations of Ser, Estar, and -ar, -er, -ir verb endings is included.

Part 2: Answer each question in a complete sentence in Spanish.

*Students will answer 20 information questions with Ser, Estar, Gustar, and -Ar, -Er, -Ir present tense infinitives. (Note: There is only one question with Estar and two questions with Gustar)

*The English translation of each question is provided.

*A structured template is provided to write the answers.

Part 3: Review of nouns: Change each noun to its plural form using the appropriate definite or indefinite article. (14 total)

*Nouns are given in the singular form with el, la, un, and una. Students will change them to plural (Ex: el libro= los libros)

Part 4: Review of adjectives: Complete the table with the following forms of adjectives: feminine singular, masculine plural, and feminine plural. (15 total)

Answer key is included on pages 7-8 for parts 1, 3, and 4. For part 2 (personal questions), student answers will vary.
