A no prep worksheet on the method of elimination used to solve systems of equations. Twelve problems are included.
The first problems require to add the two equations, the next problems require to multiply one of the two equations by a number other than 1 to make the coefficients of one of the two variables opposite numbers and the last problems require to multiply both of the equations by a number other than 1 to make the coefficients of one of the two variables opposite numbers and some of the equations have to be simplified or rearranged first.
Students will receive three sheets of paper with problems that need to be solved and the teacher will receive detailed solutions for these problems as well.
