Sometimes it is hard to find the right words to say how we feel. This picture chart helps children show adults their emotions by pointing to a picture that matches how they/re feeling.

Each picture shows a child with a different facial expression and body language to represent feelings like:

  • Happy
  • Sad
  • Angry
  • Scared
  • Loved
  • Lonely
  • Excited
  • Calm

Children can use the chart by pointing to, circling, or placing a clip or magnet on the picture that matches how they feel. This makes it easier for them to ask for help, talk about their day, or just feel understood - especially when they don’t have the words.

It’s great for:

  • Home routines (morning or bedtime check-ins)
  • Classrooms and quiet corners
  • Counseling or therapy settings
  • Daily emotional check-ins

You are able to add some more feelings / emotions of your choice that you know how your child tends to feel.
