Self-regulation toolkit for KS2 with 12 calm classroom reset activities, visual prompts, desk cards and editable slides for Years 3-6.

Help pupils notice what has changed, choose a familiar strategy and reconnect with learning through a consistent Notice - Choose - Reset - Return routine. This practical, low-prep toolkit is designed for ordinary classroom moments such as transitions, busy attention, frustration, mistakes and returning after a break.

The 12 routines take around 30 seconds to 3 minutes and use no special equipment. Every routine includes a clear adaptation or alternative. Pupils are never required to disclose personal feelings, make eye contact, touch their bodies or use breath-focused exercises.
