This is a double lesson with all resources included, including A4 materials for comprehension tasks and all sheets for pupils to complete tasks.

This lesson starts with a lesson on Samsara and asks pupils to read and create their own version of samsara represented in a wheel of life. (1 hour).

The lesson that follows is then about Nirvana and how this can be understood. This includes an exploration of the 4 Noble Truths and other key ideas within the religion of Buddhism. Most suitable for KS3 but also could be an introduction to Buddhism in KS4.
