KS4 Sports Leadership Programme – Ready-to-Run Unit

This KS4 Sports Leadership Programme gives students real responsibility by planning, coaching, officiating, and evaluating PE lessons.

Students work in teams to deliver pre-planned sports sessions over two-week blocks, progressing from skill coaching to officiating matches and small tournaments. While leaders prepare, other students complete independent fitness tasks, keeping lessons purposeful and well organised.
