This structured SEMH intervention programme is designed to support students who struggle with self-regulation, rule-following, and understanding boundaries within school environments.
Across five carefully sequenced lessons, students are guided to reframe behaviour expectations as tools for safety and success, rather than control. The programme builds emotional insight, develops regulation strategies, and supports pupils to repair relationships and make positive behavioural choices.
