Card sort looking at the differences between rebellions and disorder. Created as a starter activity for the EDEXCEL A-level Course Rebellion and disorder but could be used for other courses as well.

The resource is a card sort/colour coding activity looking at the key terms - rebellion and disorder, in relation to the Tudor period. This can be done as a whole class activity or individually and then discussed as a group.

I use this resource to create discussion around the two key terms and have found that it generates a lot of interesting debates around the terms and also around the significance for monarchy of rebellion versus disorder.
