This is a simple worksheet which starts with some brief notes about what quadratics are and then has four spaces for students to make notes on factorising, the quadratic formula, completing the square and graphs. You could give this to students in a lesson and they can annotate it with their own notes. Phildb has shared lots of other similar A level resources which could be compiled with these into a course booklet for students. Thank you for sharing.
