Combustion Chemistry through outdoor learning. Aimed at students studying at Chemistry at GCSE/ KS4 Exothermic reactions, Combustion in Environmental impact of combustion, at KS3 as part of Burning and Oxidation reactions, or the Fire triangle and Burning as an irreversible change in KS2. This investigation is intended to be delivered through outdoor learning with links to traditional firelighting, the potential for increased engagement in science, the understanding of scientific method and the control of variables in investigations.
