Maths Literacy Bingo: L2 Developing Probability is a ready-to-teach vocabulary retrieval resource for maths lessons, tutoring, intervention, revision and cover. Pupils listen to or view definition clues, retrieve the matching probability term, and cross it off if it appears on their bingo ticket.

This product focuses on Level 2 Developing probability vocabulary. It helps pupils strengthen the language they need for chance, outcomes, sample spaces, probability scales, Venn diagrams, tree diagrams, relative frequency, expected frequency, independence, dependence and conditional probability. It is especially useful where pupils can answer probability questions but need more confidence with the precise mathematical vocabulary used in questions and explanations.

Bingo vocabulary / clue terms included:
probability, event, outcome, sample space, set, union, intersection, complement, Venn diagram, tree diagram, two-way table, probability scale, equally likely, relative frequency, expected frequency, independent event, dependent event, conditional probability, mutually exclusive, experimental probability.

Includes:

Main student/teacher PDF
PowerPoint clue deck with one clear clue per slide
10 versions
20 clue terms per version
40 unique bingo cards per version
6 × 3 bingo-ticket layout
4-up print-saver PDF
