Emergency maths cover should not collapse because the class finishes the work in ten minutes. Maths Cover Work Level 2 places a genuinely substantial amount of purposeful mathematics into the smallest practical printing footprint. Each version contains four densely packed student pages with 720 short questions, followed by three compressed answer pages. There are no answer boxes or artificial working-out space. Pupils work in exercise books or on separate paper, so the printed resource can be collected, stored and reused.

WHAT IS COVERED
Level 2: Core Number Fluency.

Pupils practise integer arithmetic; written and mental multiplication and division; negative numbers; decimal calculation; factors; and multiples. Questions are concise and calculation-focused, making the pack easy to scan when you need cover linked to particular skills. This is fluency and retrieval practice rather than a lesson requiring lengthy teacher explanation, so it works when cover must be set quickly, the covering teacher is not a maths specialist, or pupils need sustained independent practice.

WHY ARE THERE 20 VERSIONS?
One sheet is useful once; a bank of 20 versions solves the recurring problem. Each version retains the same broad difficulty and curriculum focus while changing questions and values. Rotate them across classes, use a fresh version for each absence, avoid giving neighbouring groups identical work, revisit skills without repeating a sheet, or assemble the collection as a permanent cover booklet. They are also useful for detention, internal exclusion, supervised study, catch-up, tutoring and revision. Emergency cover no longer needs inventing at 7:30 in the morning: select a version and it is ready.

HOW TO USE IT
Print the four student pages two-pages-per-side and double-sided to create one compact A4 handout. As pupils do not write on the sheets, a class set can be laminated, placed in wallets or bound into reusable booklets. Students record question numbers and answers in their books. Set selected rows, a timed target or allow pupils to progress at their own pace. Answers follow every version for rapid checking, self-marking and non-specialist cover.

IDEAL FOR
KS3 classes, intervention groups, lower-attaining learners, SEND provision, tutoring and transition work; planned and emergency cover; reusable departmental cover folders; and schools seeking maximum practice from minimal printing.

INCLUDED
• 20 complete cover-work versions
• 4 ultra-dense student pages per version
• 720 questions per version
• 3 answer pages after every version
• 14,400 questions across the product
• Beyond Printables Product Overview

A practical, reusable answer to the familiar cover-work problem: enough mathematics to keep pupils working, enough variety to use repeatedly, and compact enough to remain economical to print and easy to store.

Maths Cover Work Levels 1–20 Complete Bundle | 400 Packs with Answers

COMPLETE FIXED-LEVEL MATHS COVER WORK COLLECTION Emergency maths cover should not collapse because pupils finish the supplied worksheet in ten minutes. This complete fixed-level bundle provides a permanent departmental cover bank across all 20 difficulty levels, from accessible arithmetic fluency through to demanding Grade 9 algebra, proof, functions and vector reasoning. WHAT IS INCLUDED? The bundle contains all 20 fixed-level products: Level 1 through Level 20. Every level supplies 20 different versions. Each version begins with four densely packed student pages containing 720 short questions, followed immediately by three compressed answer pages. Across the complete fixed collection, teachers receive 400 full cover-work versions and 288,000 student questions. A CLEAR 20-LEVEL DIFFICULTY SCALE The programme begins with number facts, the four operations, doubling, halving and money. It then develops integer arithmetic, decimals, factors, multiples, fractions, percentages, ratio, measures and introductory algebra. The middle levels cover equations, sequences, proportional reasoning, Pythagoras, trigonometry, probability, standard form, bounds, indices, surds, quadratics, simultaneous equations and functions. Higher levels progress into exact trigonometry, circle equations centred at the origin, algebraic fractions, sine and cosine rules, composite and inverse functions, completing the square, discriminants, vectors, transformations, recurrence, iteration, identities, tangents, parameterised quadratics and proof. WHY FIXED LEVELS? Every student page in a product remains at its stated level. Teachers can therefore select a precise level for a class, intervention group or individual pupil without searching through unrelated material. The accompanying product finder summarises the progression and topics, making emergency selection quick and predictable. 20 VERSIONS OF EVERY LEVEL One worksheet solves one lesson; 20 versions per level create a permanent bank. Rotate versions across classes, use fresh work for future absences, avoid neighbouring groups receiving identical material and revisit a curriculum level without repeating a sheet. Departments can also bind selected levels into reusable cover booklets. MAXIMUM WORK, MINIMUM PAPER There are no answer boxes and no wasted working space. Pupils record question numbers and answers in exercise books or on separate paper, so printed sheets can be collected, laminated, walleted or reused. Print each four-page student pack two-pages-per-side and double-sided to place 720 questions on one compact A4 handout. Answers follow every version for rapid checking, self-marking, peer assessment and non-specialist cover. Ideal for emergency cover, planned absence, detention, internal exclusion, supervised study, intervention, catch-up, tutoring, retrieval and revision. This bundle gives a department the complete fixed-level system in one purchase.

Maths Cover Work Levels 1-5 Bundle | 100 Reusable Packs with Answers

HIGH-VOLUME MATHS COVER WORK LEVELS 1-5 BUNDLE Emergency maths cover should not collapse because a class completes the supplied work in ten minutes. This five-product bundle provides a substantial, reusable cover bank across Levels 1-5, allowing teachers to choose a consistent difficulty that matches the class, intervention group or individual pupil. WHAT IS INCLUDED? This bundle brings together five complete fixed-level products: Levels 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Every product contains 20 different versions. Each version begins with four densely packed student pages containing 720 short questions, followed immediately by three compressed answer pages. Across the bundle that means 100 complete cover-work versions and 72,000 student questions. LEVEL AND TOPIC COVERAGE • Level 1: addition and subtraction facts; multiplication and division facts; doubling, halving, differences and money. • Level 2: integer arithmetic; multiplication and division; negative numbers; decimals; factors and multiples. • Level 3: fractions; percentages; ratio; perimeter and area; averages; probability and introductory algebra. • Level 4: equations; sequences; expansion and factorisation; substitution; HCF and LCM; fraction operations. • Level 5: proportional reasoning; algebra; measures; percentages; ratio; sequences and core GCSE-entry fluency. WHY FIXED LEVELS? Every student page within a product remains at the stated level. This makes selection quick and predictable: choose the level, select one of its 20 versions and the cover work is ready. Teachers can match work to prior attainment, target a curriculum stage, provide parallel material to several classes or allocate different levels within one room. WHY ARE THERE 20 VERSIONS PER LEVEL? One worksheet solves one lesson; 20 versions create a permanent bank. Rotate versions across classes, use a fresh version for each absence, prevent neighbouring groups receiving identical work, revisit the same curriculum level without repeating a sheet, or assemble a departmental cover booklet that remains ready throughout the year. MAXIMUM WORK, MINIMUM PAPER There are no answer boxes and no artificial working-out space. Pupils record question numbers and answers in exercise books or on separate paper, allowing printed sheets to be collected and reused. Print each set of four student pages two-pages-per-side and double-sided to fit 720 questions onto one compact A4 handout. Ideal for emergency cover, planned absence, detention, internal exclusion, supervised study, intervention, catch-up, tutoring, retrieval practice and revision.
