These questions inspired the Life’s Journey Course…

This course creates a safe and uplifting space where young people explore who they are, what they think, how they connect with others, and what they dream for their future.

By the end, they realise something powerful:
they have been strong all along.

I believe prevention starts with understanding ourselves, and this is exactly what this course helps young people do.

As a mother, mentor, and creator of educational tools that support young people, I have seen how powerful self-awareness can be.

I am pleased to share the Life’s Journey Course, a safeguarding-aligned wellbeing programme designed for children and young people.

The programme helps learners:

• Build emotional literacy
• Develop healthy relationship skills
• Increase confidence and self-awareness
• Strengthen help-seeking behaviours

It is designed for easy integration into PSHE/RSHE delivery and supports preventative safeguarding strategies.

Here, young people laugh, learn, reflect, and dream, discovering the strength and value that already exists within them.
My hope is that this programme helps young people make healthier choices and grow into confident adults.
