A ‘Reptiles’ Resource Pack for EYFS and KS1 introducing children to the fascinating world of reptiles through a differentiated set of worksheets.

The pack includes a set of colour picture cards, featuring 8 different reptiles with their names, helping children develop vocabulary, word recognition, and early reading skills.
Children will enjoy naming reptiles, tracing words, reading reptile names, colouring pictures, and practising writing the names independently.

The resource also includes a counting worksheet where children count how many of each reptile, they can find and colour them in, supporting early maths skills.

A blank template page encourages children to draw, write, sort, or paste pictures to create their own reptile-themed work.

Duplicate colour picture cards and these can be cut out, laminated, and used for matching, sorting, memory, and speaking-and-listening games.
The activities link to topics on animals and reptiles while supporting literacy development through reading, writing, spelling, vocabulary building, and phonics, alongside fine motor skills developed through tracing, drawing and colouring.
