Help children cope with setbacks, manage difficult feelings and begin again.

This ready-to-teach KS2 character education unit develops resilience through practical, age-appropriate activities. Pupils learn that mistakes can help us grow, that not being able to do something yet does not mean we will never do it, and that difficult feelings can be managed with the right strategies and support.

Children explore growth mindset, coping with disappointment, identifying trusted people who are in their corner and finding the confidence to try again after something has gone wrong.

The pack contains 30 files, including a launch assembly, six no-prep Circle Time sessions lasting 10–15 minutes, and six full 40–45 minute lessons, all with decks. A Teacher Guide, Knowledge Organiser and Pupil Reflection Journal are also included.

Designed for Years 3–6 and built on the Jubilee Centre Framework for Character Education. Full-year KS2 and KS3 character programmes are also available.
