2 weeks of literacy planning based on the book ‘Juniper Jupiter’.
There are 9 lessons in total. These lessons include:

Phonics: Secure Phase 2, oral blending/segmenting, introducing j (and exposure to other Phase 3 sounds through listening and reading)

Writing focus: Purposeful, short, adult-supported writing

Key themes: Retelling, character, problem, solution, purpose for writing

Communication & Language: Story language, sentence building, questioning, role play, reasoning
