The Webquest is a brief overview of the life and career of Jean Cabot: where he came from, how he became an explorer, and an introduction to his trips across the Atlantic. The website is easy to follow and the information is written in relatively simple French.

This is a great starting point for students before a more detailed discussion of his contribution to North American history. I like to combine it with a Powerpoint or video so that students can get the full picture!
