A notebook with clear progression from multiplication as repeated addition to arrays with an activity at the end (poster making) which the children completed in pairs and stuck up around the classroom.
A document full of pictoral arrays - I printed loads of these out, spread them on the tables and children picked one up, stuck it in and wrote the array that matched.
