This lesson is the second from two lessons that I created on Alice Dunbar Nelson’s poem ‘I Sit and Sew’. In this lesson the students will learn about language and structure and how the poet uses structure effectively within this poem.

This lesson was used for remote learning but can easily be used in class also.
