This is a fully differentiated lesson looking at the character of Bentley Drummle in the novel Great Expectations. The lesson looks at a key extract within the novel and helps learners to evaluate the perception of the character. The lesson includes many opportunities for AFL and also has a model response to an exam-style question. This lesson may be taught either remotely or face-to-face and has been tried and tested with my own groups.
