This is an excellent informative resource which contains a glossary of all the key words used in higher education (i.e. Lecture, Seminar, Module, Dissertation). Each term is clearly explained in a concise manner with further elaboration where necessary.

This resource is relevant to GCSE and sixth form students. It could be used in a PSHE lesson on Further and Higher Education, as an activity in form time, in a widening participation session or as a task for students to familiarise themselves with key terms prior to starting their university application. An idea for a further activity for this resource could be to get pupils to guess the meaning of the key word first in pairs/groups before giving them the correct definition.
