This covers section Topic 3: Physical Training. 3.6: Warm-up and cooling down. You get the students worksheets, teachers worksheet with answers and powerpoint. Students will have to use books as well to answer the questions as there are independent studies in the worksheet. Plus exam questions at the end. Apologise for any silly mistakes as I am dyslexic.
