This covers section Topic 2: Movement Analysis, 2.2. Planes and axes. You get the students worksheets, teachers worksheet with answers and powerpoint. Students will have to use books as well to answer the questions as there are independent studies in the worksheet. Plus exam questions at the end. Apologise for any silly mistakes as I am dyslexic.
• All: How the body uses a range of planes and axes to create movement patterns.
• Most: How planes and axes are used during sporting actions.
• Some: Describe such sporting actions such as somersaults, cartwheel and twists jump and trampoline.
