This resources contains PowerPoint slides that makes use of learning techniques e.g., P.A.F.T. It focuses on exam requirements such as communication and organisation skills and V.S.S.S.P. The lesson plan makes use of a pre-written letter so students can see W.A.G.O.L.L and study the format of the letter with a view to using the template to write their own letter e.g., a formal response to a job advert. They have the option of taking Challenge 1 or 2, the first to work independently and the second to work as a group.
