This resource contains black-and-white writing frames with garden and park themed borders for EYFS and KS1 children. There are 11 borders with pictures and a blank one for children to draw their own pictures.
Each page has a different border, such as trees and fountains, insects, birds, flowers, toys, swings, roundabouts, or other garden and park objects.
The centre of each page has writing lines for children to use. Children can write topic vocabulary, make lists, write short phrases, or create simple sentences about what they can see in a garden or park. The pages can also be coloured before or after writing.
The writing frames can be used alongside topics about the outdoors, gardens, parks, plants, animals, and nature.
