KS3 English non-fiction lesson for English Language Paper 2. Students focus on fake news and use this to create leaflets with a writing to advise focus: what is fake news and how we can avoid it. This helps the students to reflect on how they can write their own writing to advise pieces and how they can differentiate them from writing to argue, persuade or explain texts.
