This EYFS PE Jungle Safari lesson plan is a fully planned, 60-minute physical education session designed to help young children develop fundamental movement skills through imaginative, themed play.

The session follows a clear 6-step structure, making it easy for teachers, HLTA’s and coaches to deliver with confidence – even with limited PE experience.

Children explore movements such as running, jumping, balancing and crawling while pretending to move through a jungle environment, helping to develop physical literacy, confidence and enjoyment of physical activity.
