I have been examining for AQA for 12 years and have put together a student revision booklet for Paper One English Language which walks the students through how to approach each question with planning time and shows them what the examiners are looking for.

It takes pupils through every question, step by step, with planning examples and helpful tips. At the end it has a past paper to attempt. It is written using the 2025 paper about Midwich.

The whole resource is over 40 pages long.

It also includes examples taken from the released examiner booklet which provides answers given by students and the marks they achieved so the pupils (and teachers) can see how marks are awarded.

Use in class to practice skills, or provide as a booklet for pupils to work with at home.
