These sensations were created in collaboration with a specialist play therapist, but can also be used in a classroom or home setting. Paired with my emotion visuals, they support children in identifying the link between feelings and interoception (internal senses).

By linking physical sensations (such as a racing heart, clenched fists) to emotions such as fear or anger, children can more effectively manage their emotional well-being, emotional vocabulary and social emotional growth.
