Want children to understand fractions? All children love donuts!

This is a great activity which involves children folding different shaped donuts into different fractions.

It is very visual and allows the children to really get involved. Great for those visual and kinaesthetic learners. It also encourages children to talk about their learning.

Fractions donuts can be cut out and glued into their books, or this activity allows for lots of photographic evidence.
