-This unit supports the teaching of ‘Diary of a Wimpy Kid’ and contains different activities to support and evidence learning such as:

-close reading activities
-Cloze reading activities
-Group discussion work
-Poster and creative work

Additionally 2 assessments have been created at the end of the unit to support and evidence assessment:

-One is a Critical Evaluation of Literature
-One is a writing framework to write about a favourite album

This unit is suitable for anyone studying the novel from primary 5/6- end of secondary S2 and even beyond. The unit also supports SEN students and is a great supportive novel study.
Pupils have loved the activities which can be adapted depending on the learner.
