What students will learn:
This unit raises awareness of crime and safety issues that affect young people today. Students will learn about knife crime, gangs, and county lines, considering why young people are drawn into risky behaviours and how to avoid exploitation.
They’ll also explore the justice system, including prisons and reform. By the end, students will understand the dangers of criminal involvement, how to make safer choices, and what support is available in their communities.
