**New GCSE Spanish Speaking worksheet with a Christmassy twist
**

This worksheet, to be used in pairs, can help bring some fun and cheer to the last lessons with your Spanish GCSE groups.
It brings up vocabulary from the topics family, friends, free time, celebrations and food.
The worksheet provides some cultural background (the tradition in Spain is that the Three Wise Men will deliver presents on the 6th of January) and a good excuse to practise:

- A role play
Students pretend they are meeting the Three Wise Men at the shopping centre to tell them about their wish list this year,

- A read aloud task
Students will read aloud a letter they wrote to the Reyes Magos. Their partner will listen and translate into English. No unprepared questions included here (to keep the fun alive!).

- A photo card description
Students will draw themselves in a picture, with their requested presents, and write down a description using the PALMA mnemonic technique. Their partner then will ask five unprepared questions.

Hope your classes enjoy this worksheet!
It would be lovely to see your reviews.

¡Feliz Navidad!
